Fourth Upgrade BSS progress meeting - 24th and 25th November 2010

The fourth meeting was organized by the subcontractor of MARIS and took place in Istanbul Turkey from 24 to 26 November 2010. The 4th meeting was combined with the 2nd meeting of the Advisory Board.
Overall a very good progress of activities was presented by partners and actions were formulated for accelleration of activities for the final 3rd year of the project in order to achieve all targets.
